The city of Campbell lies in the suburb of San Jose in the San Francisco Bay area. The total population of the city is approximately 40,000 people. The city of Campbell was originally founded by a man named Benjamin Campbell, who came to the surrounding area with his father. During 1851, Benjamin bought a significant portion of land in the area and decided to grow hay and grain on the land. Benjamin Campbell eventually sold his land for five dollars an acre to a local company. The land eventually grew into downtown Campbell which sits their today. Campbell real estate, surrounding businesses, and historical sites make the community an ideal place to purchase a home.
The Campbell homes are single family homes which range from prices of 300,000 to a million dollars. The homes are perfect for families to raise their kids in a safe and comfortable community. Many of the homes are single story and provide lush front yards and back yards. Campbell is also the headquarters of the famous company known as E-bay. Two of the biggest employers in the city are the electronic company called Fry’s and the home improvement warehouse called Home Depot. The city of Campbell is also popular for its Pruneyard Shopping Center, which is connected with extending rights in the United States Constitution. There are also some office buildings which the Federal Bureau of Investigation utilizes. Businesses serve as an important factor for allowing a city to thrive and Campbell has successfully become an important city in the state of California. The city of Campbell also has many historical sites which are still preserved. The Ainsley House has become a historical site which is used to store early 1900 furniture, and has served as a museum for many famous exhibits. There also stands a famous Redwood Tree which was planted by President Teddy Roosevelt. The historical sites only add value to the Campbell homes.
